With a Mechanical Engineering degree from Queen’s University and a Real Estate License, Mehran combines his technical expertise with a passion for real estate. Known for his commitment to client satisfaction and strategic property management, Mehran is a trusted figure in the industry, recognized for integrity and results-driven approaches. Alongside operating ARI Properties, Mehran is an award winning REALTOR with RE/MAX Nova and operates a real estate investment company, specializing in Real Estate Finance and Acquisitions, specifically for land development and value-add multi family real estate.
Mahmoud Ahrari is at the forefront of the construction and building operations at ARI Properties. Mahmoud has a Commerce degree from Dalhousie University, majoring in Logistics as well as being a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), thus ensuring operations are efficient resulting in lower construction and operational costs for clients. Mahmoud also operates a real estate investment company, specializing in the facets of Construction and Project Management.
